Hours purchased must be redeemed during one onsite technical troubleshooting visit.
Currently supported DEXIS products that are not under a manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty (SLA) require payment for onsite DEXIS troubleshooting. Any products that are confirmed to have a manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty (SLA) do not require payment.
This purchase does not include software updates or labor needed to resolve the reported issue outside of a single office visit. This purchase does not include any parts or software upgrades. All parts, additional labor and software upgrades require purchase through an authorized DEXIS distributor.
