Core SLA or Accidental Damage Replacement Deductible
As a Core SLA customer, you are eligible to receive a replacement intraoral scanner for a one-time deductible. We’ll ship your replacement scanner as soon as the carrier confirms they have received your returned one.
As an Essential or Premier SLA customer, you are eligible to recieve one replacement intraoral scanner per year, free of charge, including replacements due to drops or accidental damage. Additional replacements due to known user error may require deductible payment for replacement. We’ll ship your replacement scaner as soon as the carrier confirms they have received your returned one.
Replacement equipment may be new or factory refurbished. DEXIS reserves the right to replace equipment with the same or newer version, where applicable. Replacement equipment will carry a 90-day full warranty to protect against any manufacturing defects. After (90) days, the replacement will be covered per the original Service Plan, if active. While covered by a Core service plan, replacement equipment will not require an additional deductible payment for (1) year from original deductible payment.
