- Factory Calibration: Your device will be calibrated to factory standards.
How It Works:
- Purchase the Calibration Service: A DEXIS representative will open a repair case with you.
- Receive Instructions and Return Label: We’ll provide detailed instructions and a pre-paid return label for sending in your NOMAD device.
- Expert Calibration: Our certified technicians will calibrate your device at our DEXIS repair center.
- Notification and Return Shipment: We’ll notify you once the repair or calibration is complete and provide tracking information for the return shipment.
