How It Works:

• Purchase the Calibration Service: A DEXIS representative will open a repair case with you.
• Receive Instructions and Return Label: We’ll provide detailed instructions and a pre-paid return label for sending in your NOMAD device.
• Expert Calibration: Our certified technicians will repair and calibrate your device at our DEXIS repair center.
• Notification and Return Shipment: We’ll notify you once the repair or calibration is complete and provide tracking information for the return shipment.
