NOMAD Calibration with Loaner

Our calibration with loaner service includes:

• Loaner device for duration of repair services.
• Factory Calibration: Your device will be calibrated to factory standards.

How it works:

• Purchase the Calibration Service: A DEXIS representative will open a repair case with you.
• Receive loaner device: We’ll send you a loaner unit for use while your device is being calibrated.
• Receive Instructions and Return Label: We’ll provide detailed instructions and a pre-paid return label for sending in your NOMAD device.
• Expert Calibration: Our certified technicians will repair and calibrate your device at our DEXIS repair center.
• Notification and Return Shipment: We’ll notify you once the calibration is complete and provide tracking information for the return shipment.
• Return the loaner device: Once you receive your calibrated device, you must return the loaner unit within 4 weeks. After that time, DEXIS reserves the right to charge you for the unit at the then-current retail price.
